We’ll begin by talking for a little while, then you can lie down, close your eyes, and let the rest of the hour belong to the Reiki.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eI work with Usui, Holy Fire®, Karuna Reiki® and Violet Flame Reiki, alongside intuitive energy healing, allowing the session to unfold around you and what you bring that day.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat happens during our hour together\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eWe begin with a few minutes of grounding and clearing before talking about what brought you here, how you’re feeling, and anything you would like the session to support. You don’t need to arrive with an intention – if there is something specific, you can bring it. If there isn’t, that’s completely fine too.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFrom there, the Reiki begins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eYou can lie down, sit comfortably, meditate, or even fall asleep. Sometimes the healing is quiet; sometimes I’ll guide you with a few words. I don’t try to make every session look the same.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe transmission itself isn’t measured by the clock. Sometimes it comes through intensely and completes quite quickly; sometimes it wants more time. I follow that intuitively, leaving space afterward to talk, reflect, and integrate before we finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eMore than one way of working with energy\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eReiki is at the heart of these sessions, but my work with energy has grown beyond Reiki alone.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eYears of meditation and working with awakened Shakti have made intuitive energy work a natural part of how I practise. At times this may take the form of clearing or guidance; at others, a mantra, intuitive impression, or another spiritual energy may naturally arise.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eI don’t limit the session to a technique. More time allows the relationship to deepen.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTraditionally, a Reiki treatment is given across four consecutive sessions. If you want to commit to a treatment series but can’t pay for the full package at once, we can also arrange payment session by session.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eDistance doesn’t have to mean a video call\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eMost sessions take place live online. Having your camera on is recommended because it allows us to meet and talk together, but there is no pressure to behave or experience the session in any particular way.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eDistance Reiki can also be given without a call at all. We simply agree on a time; wherever you are, you lie down, rest, or meditate while I practise Reiki for you remotely.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIf that sounds strange, I understand.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eYou don’t have to believe that distance Reiki works before you try it. You might be facing a decision, a relationship, a period of change, or something you don’t fully understand yet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eYou can also bring a question.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eI don’t use Reiki to give you a predetermined answer or force life toward a particular outcome. Your intention simply gives the session somewhere to begin.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eSometimes what comes forward feels closely connected to what you asked about. Sometimes the healing seems to meet something deeper or slightly different.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eYou don’t have to know exactly what needs healing before you ask to receive.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eHow I create your healing\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAfter you order, I’ll ask you to tell me a little about what you would like the session to support.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eI then set aside time specifically for you, much as I would for a private live session.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eI begin by grounding, clearing, and connecting with your intention before allowing the Reiki and broader energy work to unfold intuitively.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eI work with Usui Reiki, Holy Fire® Reiki, Karuna Reiki® and Violet Flame Reiki, alongside the intuitive energy work and awakened Shakti that have naturally become part of my practice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eI don’t decide beforehand exactly which energy needs to come forward or how the session should unfold.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eI listen, work intuitively, and allow the healing to take the form it takes.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eWhen the session feels complete, I send the recording privately to you together with anything meaningful that arose for me while I was working with you.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eA private session without the appointment\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Reiki itself is not a smaller version of what I offer in a live private session.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eI give your recorded healing the same kind of dedicated space, attention, intention, and energetic presence. What is different is the way we meet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThere is no video call, no need to find a time when we are both available, and no conversation taking up part of the session. Instead, I create the transmission for you and you choose when you want to receive it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFor some people, that freedom is exactly what makes this format work so well.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eYou can make yourself comfortable, put on headphones if you wish, lie down, close your eyes, and give the healing your full attention.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eBut you don’t always have to make a meditation out of it. You can also let it play while you rest, work quietly, travel, or move through your day – simply allowing yourself to reconnect with the energy in whatever way feels natural in that moment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe only thing you have to do is give yourself the space to receive.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eCan I receive it more than once?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eYes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe recording is yours, and there is no correct number of times to play it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eI don’t experience the healing as something that gets used up. The video becomes a way of returning – a reminder, a doorway, a point of connection to the frequency around which the healing was created.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eYou might receive it once and feel complete. You might return the following day. You might play it regularly for a period of time, or come back months later when the same part of your life is asking for attention again.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAnd you don’t have to receive it in exactly the same way each time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eOne day you may lie down and enter deeply into the session. Another day you may have it playing gently while you work, rest, travel, or move through your day. Sometimes you may simply want that energy around you.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eEach return can meet you differently.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAnd if, after some time, the recording seems to feel quieter than it once did, I don’t necessarily see that as the energy disappearing. Sometimes what created so much friction or intensity at the beginning has already softened, moved, or been surrendered. You may simply be meeting the same place from somewhere more spacious than before.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSometimes feeling less can also mean there is less resistance left to meet.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAt the same time, none of us stays still. We change, life changes, and new layers come forward. There may eventually come a point when a new healing feels right – not because the old one has stopped working, but because you are no longer quite the person it was originally created for.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA new recording can become a new point of connection for where you are now.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eLet your own experience tell you how and when you want to return.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eBut how can Reiki work through a recording?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s a reasonable question.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eDistance Reiki already asks us to step outside the idea that healing energy has to depend on physical proximity. A recording can make that feel even stranger.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFor me, Reiki is not confined to the moment in which I sit down and practise it. The recording gives form to that healing and intention – something tangible you can return to when you want to reconnect with it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eYou could say that the video carries the remembrance of the frequency rather than containing a finite amount of energy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThat is also why I don’t see a recording as something that becomes weaker simply because you have already played it before.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eI don’t think you need to adopt a particular belief about any of this in order to receive.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eOver many years of sharing Reiki through video, I’ve seen people have meaningful experiences whether the transmission was live or recorded – and often when returning to the same video again.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eYou don’t need to understand the mechanism before you receive it.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe simplest way is to press play and notice what your own experience is.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat should I expect?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eI would rather not tell you.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eNot because nothing can happen, but because expectation can become another thing we try to satisfy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eYour experience may be subtle or powerful. Peaceful or emotional. Clear or difficult to put into words. You may feel energy very distinctly, or you may feel very little while listening and notice something afterward.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eSometimes people hope for something miraculous. I understand that, especially when something hurts and we deeply want it to change.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eBut I can’t promise what Reiki will do for you, and I don’t want you measuring your session against somebody else’s experience.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe healing doesn’t have to look dramatic to be meaningful.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWhen your healing is ready\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eYour personalized recording is normally created within a few days of receiving your intention. People who join the Healing Circle have made a deliberate choice to be there, and that naturally brings a different quality of attention, presence, and continuity into the group.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eBut for me there is also a subtler side to exchange.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eI have long experienced healing as a movement between giving and receiving. When that exchange is consciously met from both sides, something can open more fully. Money is simply one way that exchange takes form here.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eI don’t think of this as paying for more Reiki. Reiki itself isn’t something I own, and the free healing I share is no less Reiki because it is given freely.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eWhat you are choosing here is a smaller container, more of my individual attention, continuity over time, and a mutual commitment to the space we are creating together.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eOn a subtler level, I experience that reciprocity as an opening too – difficult to measure or explain, but something that can allow the work to deepen.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eI bring my energy, attention, and presence to holding the circle. You make a conscious choice to enter it. Others may be quiet, soft, or deeply restful.
