About Alex

I’m Alexander Kumlin, a certified Usui, Karuna, Holy Fire® III, and Violet Flame Reiki Master. For the last seven years, I've been working with the Reiki energy, helping other people reconnect with their inner peace and inherent healing potential.

I discovered my natural healing capabilities during a spiritual retreat back in 2018, but later found Reiki after a tumultuous Kundalini awakening and a period of deep self-reflection following the retreat a year before.

At the time, I was going through bouts of suicidal depression and existential angst. In need of something to soothe the unstable nature of my inner and outer reality, I looked to energy healing and found relief in its practice. It seemed that Reiki calmed my body, mind, and so the pressing symptoms of suffering.

Soon after my first experiences of the energy, I traveled to Thailand to study Reiki formally. The attunements and healings I received there stirred emotional turbulence, but it also gave me a clearer purpose and the ability to share this profound energy with others.

Since then, I’ve trained in several Reiki systems and discovered the uniquely transformative nature of each lineage. Every style, every ray of light, seems to meet a person exactly where they are – offering what is needed, when it’s needed.

Sharing Reiki brings me peace. But witnessing how it touches and transforms others – that’s what gives it meaning. That’s why I’m here.
