Return and Refund Policy

At Reiki with Alex, we are committed to providing a supportive and healing experience through our Reiki energy healing sessions, conducted online and in person. Since these are personalized services scheduled by appointment, our return and refund policy reflects their nature.

Right of Withdrawal

If you book a session, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason, provided that the service has not yet been delivered.

If you request a session to take place within the 14-day withdrawal period, you consent to waive your right to a full refund once the service has been delivered. Should you wish to cancel prior to the session, please notify us at least [1 hour] in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least [1 hour] before your scheduled session. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of [25 percent].

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your well-being is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us within [3 days] of your appointment. Refunds may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as a technical issue during an online session or other unforeseen disruptions.

Non-Refundable Sessions

Completed sessions, whether conducted online or in person, are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply. By attending a session, you acknowledge and accept the service as provided.
