OVERVIEW

Reiki with Alex provides online services and digital products only. As a result, no physical products require shipping, and no delivery charges apply.

DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

1. **Instant Access**: Upon successful payment, customers will receive immediate access to their purchased digital products, such as recorded energy healing videos, via email or through a secure download link.

2. **Email Confirmation**: A confirmation email containing access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder.

3. **Technical Issues**: If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at akumlin92@gmail.com, and we will assist you promptly.

ONLINE SERVICES

1. **Service Bookings**: Reiki sessions, private group healings, and online courses do not require physical shipping. Confirmation details, including session links or course materials, will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

2. **Rescheduling and Cancellations**: Customers can manage their bookings according to our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy outlined in our Terms of Service.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

1. **No Physical Items**: Reiki with Alex does not sell or ship any physical products. All offerings are digital or service-based.

2. **Billing Address Requirement**: A billing address may still be required at checkout for payment processing purposes, but no items will be physically delivered.
