Cancellation policy
Nothing here charges you again unless you chose a recurring option yourself.
Most purchases – individual sessions, courses, recorded healings and guides – are one-off payments. You pay once and that is the end of it.
A recurring payment only happens if you actively selected a subscription option on the product page before checking out. If you did not select it, nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
This page covers what happens if you did choose a recurring option. Everything else is covered by the Refund policy.
If you chose a recurring option
Where a product offers one, a subscription is paid monthly and renews each month until you cancel. Your payment details are held securely by Shopify and its payment providers, and the same amount is taken at the start of each new month.
If you are not sure whether you chose a recurring option, your order confirmation email says so, and you are welcome to ask me.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. No notice period, no fee.
Cancel before a new month begins and you are not charged for it. If you have already paid for a month that has started, that month is not refunded – you are welcome to keep attending whatever remains of it, and it simply does not renew.
Two ways to do it:
- Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order, and you can manage or cancel the subscription from there.
- Or write to hi@reikiwithalex.co and I will cancel it for you. Include the email address you signed up with.
You do not need to give a reason, and you are always welcome back.
Changes
If the price or the format of a recurring offering changes, you will be told before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
If a group session cannot go ahead for a reason at my end, it is rescheduled or that month is credited.
What we do not offer
There are no pre-orders, no "try before you buy" arrangements, and nothing is physically shipped. All offerings are delivered online or in person in Vilnius.
