OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Reiki with Alex. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Reiki with Alex. Reiki with Alex offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing a service or digital product, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our Services and digital products.
SECTION 1 - SERVICES
Reiki with Alex provides Reiki energy healing services, including:
1. Individual sessions conducted online (via Google Meet) and in person.
2. Livestreams, some free (e.g., Sunday YouTube streams) and others available via weekly/monthly subscription.
3. Private group healings.
4. Private online healing courses.
5. Recorded energy healing videos available for purchase.
SECTION 2 - BOOKING AND PAYMENT
1. Booking: Services can be booked via our website, email, or messenger.
2. Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, credit cards via Stripe, and direct transfers to Revolut.
3. Payment Terms:
• Individual sessions: Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
• Group healings: Subscription options are available for weekly or monthly payments.
• Healing courses: A deposit is required to reserve a spot, with the full balance due before the course starts. Partial payments can be arranged upon request.
SECTION 3 - CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
1. Cancellations:
• Clients may cancel their session up to 1 hour before the scheduled time without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full session cost unless exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe illness or accidents) are provided.
2. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their session up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time without penalty.
SECTION 4 - REFUNDS
1. Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:
• Severe technical issues impaired the session (e.g., connection failure due to our fault).
• The client is dissatisfied and provides valid reasoning, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
2. Digital products such as recorded healing videos are non-refundable once delivered.
SECTION 5 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LICENSING
1. Recorded energy healing videos are for non-commercial use. Sharing or redistributing these products is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
2. Copyright notices may be added to protect the intellectual property of our digital products.
SECTION 6 - GROUP HEALINGS AND LIVESTREAMS
1. Weekly Sunday YouTube livestreams are free to access. Other livestreams might require a weekly or monthly subscription.
2. Participants in group healings are expected to:
• Show respect for the teacher and other participants.
• Approach sessions with an open heart and mind, ready to experience diverse phenomena.
• Avoid recording sessions without prior permission.
SECTION 7 - CLIENT EXPECTATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
1. Reiki is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Always consult a licensed medical professional for medical concerns.
2. Results may vary between individuals, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
3. In case of technical disruptions caused by us, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If disruptions are caused by the client’s circumstances, one replacement session may be offered free of charge.
SECTION 8 - PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
1. Personal and payment information is collected to process bookings, payments, and the delivery of digital products.
2. GDPR compliance: Your data is processed securely and used only for the purposes of delivering our Services. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.
3. Marketing communications require double opt-in consent.
SECTION 9 - SMS MARKETING
1. By opting into our SMS marketing services, you agree to receive recurring marketing messages, appointment reminders, and promotional offers from Reiki with Alex at the phone number provided.
2. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary.
3. You can opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying "STOP" to any message received. For assistance, reply "HELP" or contact us at hi@reikiwithalex.com.
4. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR and TCPA regulations.
SECTION 10 - TESTIMONIALS
1. Testimonials shared on Facebook may be used on our website without additional permission.
2. For detailed testimonials requested by Reiki with Alex, explicit client consent will be obtained before publication.
SECTION 11 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Reiki with Alex is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, personal dissatisfaction with the experience or reliance on advice or guidance provided during sessions.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may also apply.
