Overview
This website is operated by Reiki with Alex. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", "our" and "I" refer to Reiki with Alex. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting the site or purchasing a service or digital product, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the additional terms and policies referenced here or available by link. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site.
Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the Services.
The shop is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform through which the Services and digital products are sold.
SECTION 1 – SERVICES
Reiki with Alex offers Reiki energy healing and teaching, including:
1. Individual sessions, at a distance online (via Google Meet) and in person in Vilnius.
2. Livestreams, including the free Sunday healing on YouTube.
3. Group healing sessions, offered as a monthly membership.
4. Private Reiki courses and attunements.
5. Recorded energy healings and digital guides available for purchase.
SECTION 2 – BOOKING AND PAYMENT
1. Booking: sessions can be booked through this website, by email, or by message.
2. Payment methods: payment is taken through the payment providers available at checkout.
3. Payment terms:
• Individual sessions: payment is taken at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.
• Group healing: paid monthly.
• Courses: a deposit reserves your place, with the balance due before the course begins. Payment in instalments can be arranged on request.
4. If the fee is a genuine barrier for you, write to me. Something can usually be arranged.
SECTION 3 – CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Your session time is held for you, which is why the timings below exist.
1. Cancellations:
• More than 12 hours before the session – cancel for a full refund, no reason needed.
• Between 12 hours and 1 hour before – the booking is no longer refundable, but it can be rescheduled at no cost.
• Less than 1 hour before, or if you do not attend – the session counts as held, and no refund or reschedule is offered.
2. Rescheduling: a session can be moved up to 1 hour before the scheduled start. Write to hi@reikiwithalex.co with your name and booking time.
3. In serious circumstances – illness, an accident, a family emergency – write to me anyway. I would rather hear from you than apply a rule.
4. Group healing is paid by the month and can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before that month begins. Once the month has started, that month is not refundable.

SECTION 4 – REFUNDS
1. Refunds for sessions follow the timings in Section 3 and the Refund policy.
2. If a session cannot go ahead because of a technical failure on our side, or because we have to cancel, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement session at no cost. If a connection drops mid-session and cannot be recovered, the remainder is rescheduled.
3. Digital products – recorded healings, guides, e-books and course materials – are not refundable once delivered or made available. If something does not download, does not play, or never arrives, that is a different matter: write to me and it will be put right.
SECTION 5 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LICENSING
1. Recorded healings and digital materials are for your personal, non-commercial use. Sharing, reselling or redistributing them is not permitted unless agreed in advance.
2. Copyright in all digital products remains with Reiki with Alex.
SECTION 6 – GROUP HEALINGS AND LIVESTREAMS
1. The weekly Sunday livestream on YouTube is free to watch. Group healing sessions are a separate paid offering.
2. In group settings, participants are asked to:
• Treat me and the other participants with respect.
• Come as you are, with whatever openness you have that day. There is nothing you need to feel or achieve.
• Not record sessions without asking first.
SECTION 7 – WHAT REIKI IS AND IS NOT
1. Reiki is a complementary practice. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, and nothing offered here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please continue with, and consult, your own healthcare providers.
2. Everyone's experience is their own. Reiki is received differently by different people and at different times, and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.
3. Reviews and experiences shared on this site are individual accounts, offered as such. They are not evidence of what Reiki will do for anyone else.
SECTION 8 – PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
1. Personal and payment information is collected in order to take bookings, process payments and deliver digital products.
2. We comply with the GDPR. Your data is handled as described in the Privacy policy, which sets out what is collected, who it is shared with, and the legal basis for each purpose. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
3. Marketing emails are only sent to people who have subscribed, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time.
SECTION 9 – TESTIMONIALS
1. Comments left publicly on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram may be quoted on this website as individual experiences, with the name as it appears publicly.
2. For anything shared privately – in an email, a message, or after a session – your explicit consent is asked for before it is published anywhere.
3. If you would like something of yours removed, write to hi@reikiwithalex.co and it will be taken down.
SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. To the extent permitted by law, Reiki with Alex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the Services.
2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your own country of residence may also apply, and nothing here removes them.
SECTION 12 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any revised version is posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
